The Valley was a beautiful place to stay. For 10 weeks over the Summer 2016 I was able to come back to somewhere that felt like home because of how well furnished, taken care of and equipped the apartment was. Correspondence was very fast whenever I had any problems and was addressed either the day of or a day later. There is a lovely balcony with rocking chairs that oversee downtown and indoor facilities with exercise equipment, which was perfect. I highly recommend The Valley Properties to anyone. The only disadvantage was that the windows did not open within the apartment but that was not so much a negative of the place than it was a personal preference. Overall, a beautiful place to stay that takes care of all necessary living needs and more and with a great staff.

The Valley is a great place to stay. The facilities are well maintained and quiet. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy my time and accommodations. Plenty of space and comfort. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked Washington Street. I would recommend a stay here anytime.

As a member of the National Park Service*, my job has taken me to parks in fourteen different states in a little less then 10 years. While participating in work projects at those parks (which can range from a few weeks to a couple months - even years), I have stayed in corporate housing and hotels of variable quality and design. That being said, I can honestly say that my time at The Valley was the best experience I have ever had. The move-in process was simple and concise. The apartment was furnished with new or as-new pieces that made the space feel more than just another apartment - it felt like a home. The staff was easy to reach and responded to any need with speed and precision, and the location is second to none in the downtown area. The front porch gives you a great vantage point of the sunset and holiday parades, while you still have privacy for conversations with friends and family. You won't regret staying at such a fantastic place.

I Must say, The Valley is the absolute best place i have called home since my childhood in the Bronx. Excellence all around. Beautifully designed Bathrooms, Kitchen cabinetry, and BR's. RATHER SPACIOUS, I MIGHT ADD. Cozy yet open den motivated my creative spirit and relaxed my outgoing body and mind. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and mgmt. I have to give it 5stars. I was actually thinking about extending my lease. I have stayed in various apt and studios, but this one truly inspired me to move to Mississippi permanently. The veiws are amazing, especially since the whole town I below sea level. . To be able to wake up to downtown river view and a cup of MS Mud, is something you would have to have lived here to comprehend. Reasonable rates and more services and amenities than a 4.7 star hotel. May I add, THE SECURITY IS LIKE NO OTHER, MY FAVORITE AMENITY WAS SECURITY AND PRIVACY ALONG WITH THE EXCLUSIVENESS OF THE CONDO. I EVEN HAVE ROOM FOR A SET OF TWINS WHENEVER MY WIFE STOP CHASING THE STORK AWAY EVERYTIME HE VISITS, SHAME ON HERS. BUT LIKE I MENTIONED UP TOP, GREAT PLACE, ALOT TO SEE AND DO, AND WAY MORE TO EAT. 3MINUTES FROM CASINO STRIP, 5 FROM LOTTERY AND ASULT ENT PLACES, 14 MIN FROM GOLF OR FISHING AND 1/2 A BLOCK FROM PHARMACY, BAR, AND PUBS.
